VEMI AG was founded as a spin-off of T&V foods GmbH. T&V foods was a company specialized in consultancy in the food industry. Expertise in production techniques, machinery, raw materials, etc in combination with a global network of companies specialized in their own field of the production chain created a company able to create almost anything imaginable in the food consumer industry.

T&V foods was finding success in turning downtime of manufacturing plants into productive added value. Solutions were found for projects, companies and organizations to meet and expand to their requirements. New projects were set up and built out.

New focus

A global business approach

When the network and knowledge of T&V foods grew beyond just food related industry into ICT, Chemical industry, emerging market development, R&D, management, sales, distribution, e-commerce and beyond we felt a new identity was needed and VEMI AG was formed. From this point on our expert team had the ambition of taking on projects in various markets.

VEMI AG would help create, build, expand and improve any type of business to its needs. No matter if it is taking just and idea from our clients and transforming it into an actual business enterprise or just improving or expanding a branch of an existing business to penetrate a new market, field or niche we would have the tools and passion to do so.

The management

MICHEAL PATRICK VERLACKT

Michael Verlackt is owner, managing director and driving force behind VEMI AG. Years of experience in project management in various industries, management consultancy and financial planning make Mr. Verlackt the ideal contact person for questions regarding efficiency increases, cost minimization and corporate planning.

ANDREJ ABRAHAM

As CTO, Andrej Abraham is responsible for all IT-relevant resorts of VEMI AG and subsidiaries – from the development & programming of e-commerce systems to the conception and implementation of online marketing strategies and even product development in the food sector, Mr Abraham covers an enormously diverse range of topics, which enables us to provide our customers with important core competencies as an in-house service.

LUKAS FRANK

Lukas Frank is an integral part of the company management of VEMI AG. The optimization of internal operating procedures, the representation of the management and the clarification of legal questions in the corporate sector are only a few of Mr. Frank’s numerous competences.

ALFONS DE COCK

Alfons de Cock is head of the VEMI Polymers department. Thanks to his decades of experience in the plastics industry and in particular in plastics recycling, Mr. de Cock plays an important role in the company’s success in this promising industry.
